Process for Barn Door Building

At StallWorks, our process for barn door building is tried and true. We understand the importance of quality and proper design, which begins with the materials we use to construct our barn doors. In order to create products that will endure against the elements and all manner of wear and tear in the long term, we use galvanneal metal. This type of metal has extreme durability and rust-resistant features, similar to galvanizing but with a harder and more matte finish that is easily painted. It allows your barn doors to stay sturdy and reliable and assists them with keeping the contents of your barn safe and properly stored.

Our build process enables us to offer a great deal of standard options to choose from. Whether the customer wants sliding or hinging options, solid door or glass door options or any other number of specific needs, we can provide the proper solution. We also work with our customers to choose the right colors and sizes for their doors. Every barn has different needs, and we can cater our door-building process to meet them. Once the details are confirmed and the order is placed, we get to work on getting the order out as quickly as possible.
