The famous Omni Homestead Resort located in the small town of Hot Springs, which is nestled in the hills of western Virginia, is a premier vacation destination. Debbie Ryder and her team came to us asking if we could help them add a fresh new look to the front of their equestrian center entrance. The old doors were solid wood, rotting, and did not seal the weather out. This was supposed to also be the entrance that guests were to use when arriving. The problem was, staff could not see guests approaching, and the guests were not sure where to enter, which often led to them coming in side doors and into offices or maintenance areas. This often caused confusion and stress to both parties. After looking at what they had and listening to what they wanted to achieve, the entrance was updated with our double hinged steel doors with a transom. The staff was beyond pleased with the improvement. Our doors provided them with not only more natural light in their hallway but also a better protection from the weather. It was a wonderful experience for everyone and the people at Omni were a pleasure to work with.
